Zero Tolerance Policy
At Marriott’s Medical Practices, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for our patients, staff, and visitors. We operate a Zero Tolerance Policy towards any form of abuse, aggression, or inappropriate behaviour.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Verbal abuse, shouting, or swearing
- Threatening or intimidating behaviour
- Racist, sexist, or discriminatory remarks
- Sarcasm, belittling comments, or mocking tone
- Persistent or unreasonable demands
We recognise that people may be unwell or distressed when they contact us, and we always aim to respond with empathy and professionalism. However, sarcasm and belittling behaviours are not acceptable and will be treated as forms of verbal aggression.
Any such behaviour towards our team—whether in person, over the phone, or in writing—will not be tolerated. Individuals who breach this policy may be asked to leave the premises, removed from our patient list, or reported to the appropriate authorities.
